Client Service Agreement Summary
Introduction
These Service Terms apply to professional services offered by Empowered by Asali, LLC under the Work Empowered pillar, including coaching, consulting, and done-for-you career services.
By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Work Empowered service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below.
Additional details may be provided through a signed client agreement issued via 17hats.
Payment and Refund Policy
All Work Empowered services are professional services and are subject to the following payment terms:
Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Payments are non-refundable once services have commenced.
Promotional pricing or discounts apply only when payment is completed in full prior to the start of services.
Scope of Services
Each Work Empowered service includes specific deliverables, sessions, or outcomes as described on the corresponding service page or client agreement.
Work Empowered services may include, but are not limited to, career coaching, professional consulting, done-for-you career services, interview preparation, executive presence development, speaker coaching, presentation refinement, delivery and communication strategy, and performance-based professional coaching.
Work Empowered services may also include experience design, event production consulting, volunteer coordination, operational support, project-based engagements, and organizational execution support for events, programs, and live experiences.
Any additional support, extended time, or bonus services provided are offered at the sole discretion of Empowered by Asali, LLC and are not guaranteed as part of the purchased service.
Service Timeline
Services are expected to begin within a reasonable time frame following purchase, typically within 30 days unless otherwise communicated.
Services must be completed within the timeframe specified for the purchased package.
Services cannot be paused, transferred, or extended except in the case of a serious emergency, at the discretion of Empowered by Asali, LLC.
Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Attend scheduled sessions and meetings.
Provide at least 24 hours’ notice for rescheduling requests.
Complete intake forms, assessments, or requested exercises in a timely manner.
Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery.
Sessions missed without notice may be forfeited.
No Guarantees
Empowered by Asali, LLC provides coaching, strategy, and professional guidance intended to support clarity, confidence, and personal or career development.
No guarantees are made regarding employment outcomes, interviews, promotions, income, or specific results.
Non-Transferability
All services are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual or entity that completed the purchase.
Changes to Services
Empowered by Asali, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or discontinue services as needed. Any material changes will be communicated when applicable.
Legal Jurisdiction
These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.
