Fiercely Feminine: Dance & Emotional Reset Experience‍‍

For women who carry a lot, give a lot, and need a reset.

Reclaim your capacity through a 4-week, 75-minute weekly blend of movement and mental fitness. Each session combines 45 minutes of expressive movement (belly dance, contemporary, majorette & HIIT energy) with 30 minutes of live emotional regulation tools. Built to help you release stored stress, quiet background overthinking, and reset mid-week.

Location: Space Share Lab (Bronzeville, Chicago) & Virtual

Meet Asali Naimah

Asali Naimah is the Work-Live-Play Strategist and visionary behind Empowered By Asali, mastering the intersection of professional executive presence and embodied movement.

Her artistic foundation was forged at the Pittsburgh School for the Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) and Hampton University (Ebony Fire), later founding the inclusive Majestic Dance Troupe. An international performance artist with credits in Turkey and Egypt, her MENA (Middle Eastern and North African) dance lineage includes training under Serena Wilson, Virginia Mendes, Yousry Sharif, Cinzia Purificato, and Jasmin Jahal.

Currently on faculty at the Old Town School of Folk Music, Asali brings her passion for somatic mastery to the Fiercely Feminine series at Space Share Lab—empowering women to reclaim their ease, confidence, and presence in Chicago’s historic Bronzeville neighborhood.
