Service Terms for Live Empowered

Client Service Agreement Summary

Introduction

These Service Terms apply to mental fitness coaching, group programs, and related services offered by Empowered by Asali, LLC under the Live Empowered pillar. This includes, but is not limited to, Positive Intelligence (PQ) programs, mental fitness bootcamps, coaching sessions, and educational experiences.

By purchasing, enrolling in, or participating in any Live Empowered service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined below. Additional details may be provided through a signed client agreement when applicable.

Program Structure and Participation

Live Empowered programs may include:

  • Group or one-on-one coaching sessions

  • Time-bound programs such as the 7-week Positive Intelligence (PQ) Bootcamp

  • Virtual meetings, orientations, and guided practices

  • Assignments, exercises, or app-based tools to support learning and integration

Program start dates, schedules, and formats are outlined on the service page or during enrollment.

Clients agree to participate consistently and engage in the program experience to the best of their ability.

Payment and Refund Policy

Live Empowered services are professional coaching and educational services and are subject to the following payment terms:

  • Full payment or an approved installment plan is required at the time of enrollment.

  • Clients selecting an installment plan agree to maintain sufficient funds to cover scheduled payments.

  • Failure to complete installment payments may result in immediate termination of access to services and forfeiture of payments already made.

  • All services are non-refundable and non-cancellable once enrollment is complete.

  • Payments already made are forfeited if a client withdraws or is removed from a program.

Payments may be accepted via Stripe or other approved electronic payment methods.

Holds, Extensions, and Emergencies

In the event of a serious medical or family emergency, clients may submit a written request to hold their Live Empowered package for up to 90 calendar days from the most recent session or service date.

  • Clients are responsible for monitoring the hold period.

  • One (1) extension may be requested if submitted in writing within 14 calendar days before the end of the initial hold period.

  • Holds and extensions are granted at the discretion of Empowered by Asali, LLC and are not guaranteed.

Rescheduling Policy

Requests to cancel or reschedule a coaching session require at least 24 hours’ notice via email or text.

  • Sessions missed without sufficient notice may be deducted from the remaining sessions in the package.

  • Group sessions may not be rescheduled individually.

Scope and Changes to Services

Each Live Empowered service includes specific sessions, formats, or resources as described on the service page or during enrollment.

Empowered by Asali, LLC reserves the right to update, modify, or adjust program content, scheduling, or delivery methods as needed. All packages and programs are subject to change.

Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Attend sessions consistently and on time

  • Complete assignments or exercises associated with the program

  • Engage respectfully with the coach and other participants

  • Make timely payments according to the selected payment plan

No Guarantees

Live Empowered services provide coaching, education, and mental fitness tools designed to support awareness, resilience, and personal growth.

No guarantees are made regarding specific emotional outcomes, behavioral changes, mental health results, or life circumstances. These services are not a substitute for medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment.

Non-Transferability

All Live Empowered services are non-transferable and intended solely for the individual who completed the enrollment or purchase.

Legal Jurisdiction

These Service Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States.

Agreement to Terms

By enrolling in or participating in Live Empowered services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Service Terms. Additional terms may apply through a signed agreement or program-specific documentation.
